Visitor rules
Every visiting adult agrees to these rules when registering for campus entry. Please read them before you arrive.
Every visit
- Register for campus entry on each day you visit, before you arrive at the gate.
- Show your pass to staff at the gate. A pass is valid only on the date printed under its barcode.
- Each day's pass has its own colour, taken from the Thai colours of the day.

Where you can go
- Stay within the football fields and the designated area, the WEC building.
- Do not walk around the rest of the school site unless an RST staff member has agreed to it in advance.
- Keep children with you and supervised, especially near the entrance and car park.
- Follow staff directions at all times. If you need help, speak to the nearest RST staff member.
Not allowed on campus
- Smoking or vaping
- Alcohol
- Littering
- Urinating in public
Rugby School Thailand enforces these rules strictly. Anyone who breaks them may be fined 2,000 THB and asked to leave the campus immediately.
Please use the bins provided for all rubbish.
Safeguarding
Rugby School Thailand operates under strict Safeguarding and Child Protection Policies. Anyone who breaks them may be asked to leave the campus immediately.
Terms and conditions
By attending you agree to the RST terms and conditions, including photography on site for promotional use, and you acknowledge that attendance is at your own risk. RST is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property.
